Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please reach out to us at shop.cs@jimmywonderland.com and include your order number.  Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging and return it to us within 7 days of delivery (don’t forget to obtain tracking). Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee a timely response due to real-time order processing.

Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is undamaged and unworn, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7-14 working days after we receive the returned item. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
